How We Share Information
We do not sell client financial data. We may share information with service providers that help us operate our business and deliver services, such as cloud hosting, financial data providers, productivity tools, security tools, analytics tools, and professional advisors. We may also share information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or with your direction or consent.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. These safeguards include access controls, multi-factor authentication where supported, encryption in transit, encryption at rest for approved systems that store sensitive financial data, secret management, logging, and periodic access review. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect information in proportion to its sensitivity.
Retention and Deletion
We retain information only as long as needed for authorized business, client service, legal, contractual, accounting, tax, security, or compliance purposes. Plaid access and related financial data are retained only while needed for the authorized engagement, unless a longer retention period is required. You may request deletion or revocation of access by contacting us.
